Had Alterra service today and our service pro, Carter, was terrific and thorough. We've had rats in our neighborhood so he was doubly focused to make sure there were no signs and he rebaited all the rat traps. Alterra is the best service, always on time and professional. Carter was a good example of your company's professionalism. more

Dennis M was are Service Pro on a follow up visit we had for ants in the house. He was very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly! He went above and beyond during this visit. We were very frustrated with the last Service Pro that came out for the same problem. He took his time to find out what kind of ants we were having problems with and explained what he was going to do and why. Dennis M is truly an asset to your company and we were very grateful for his help and service! more

Today I had Mark come for our quarterly service. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. He explained things we can do to help the process of controlling the red ant issue we are having. Daniel did a wonderful job providing protection against ants, wasps, and spiders in my home which is also an in-home Preschool. He was able to service my home while the children and I were out to recess in order to make the process even more ""child friendly."" more

LOVE Alterra! The people I have worked with have all been extrememly nice and helpful. Trey has gone out of his way to help figure out what the scurrying noise is in my ceiling!! Fortunately, it's not rats. Unfortunately, it seems to be a squirrel and they dont cover that! Either way Trey was great. more

Very polite customer service. The only bad thing I can say is that sometimes you have to wait few days, but still not that bad, considering that this year has been a busy year for the Pest Control business. My favorite technician by far is Trey, he does an amazing job and he is very nice, polite and listen to what I have to say. more

I just started with Alterra, but I am very pleased with what I see so far. Our Service Pro Tra Fields was great, took the time to explain all aspects of their service and did a very thorough job of treating our house and yard. I would highly recommend Tray and Alterra. more
