Office manager and the employees are terrible... 6/24/2010

The staff is not helpful and make you feel like your taking to much of their time. The office manager is as rude and useless as you will find. It's hard to believe that Dr. Altamirano could have such a lack-luster group of employees when he is so kind and personable with his patients. It's a shame because he is so nice but his employees are so bad that it makes it not worth going back for more. So if you like rude unfriendly people with a side of attitude, this is the place for you! Pros: Dr. Altamirano is very nice Cons: His staff is very rude especially the office manager Carla. more

Excellent Service!!! Doctor and Staff very friendly and polite. I would recommend this practice to my family and friends. That previous review must be mistaken, I'm sure they were commenting on another office. Oh well, if you need an eye exam, this is the place. Pros: Fast, kind service more

Customers beware! 10/11/2006

I would never recommend this optometrist to anyone. I was treated very rudely by his office manager. When I objected to the way she was talking to me, she started telling me that maybe I should go somewhere else. She also told that if I didn't like the way that I was being treated that I could complain to an optometrist board. She even wrote down the number. At that point, I asked for the contact lense prescription that I had paid for. She refused to give it to me. I was not able to use the prescription that I paid for. I was obliged to go to another place and pay for another eye examination. more
