Al?s has the best pizza! You can tell they use fresh ingredients. Al?s also has great entrees! It?s hard to decide what I want sometimes because everything is so delicious. That?s why I like going with a lot of friends so we can order a variety of dishes! more

Dirty Floors and Tasteless Food 4/1/2008

I almost turned around and left when I noticed a lot of trash on the floor. The place was not busy. Then on the way to the restrooms, I noticed salad on the floor near the bar. Trash on the bathroom floor. So this gave a very bad first impression. If you can't keep the floor clean, how is the rest of the service going to be? Pros: Nice Decor Cons: Tasteless Food more

Al' s has by far some of the best pizza in town. I have been dinning at Al's (all of the locations by the way) for years and would recommend it to everyone. Pros: Great Lunch Prices and Portions more

Why the cranky greeter? 10/3/2005

The food at Al's is not good I had expected considering the raves I had heard prior to their enrance to Riverside. The service was heinous. No, I regress, the service was horrid. How can they stay in business. The food average, the service rude, never more shall I grace their doors and if you want to go ahead and good luck. more

Great food, Mediocre Service 3/10/2004

Al's has great food at great prices. Period. I've tried everything from the White Pizza to the Chicken Parmigiana, and have yet to have a dish that I do not like. Unfortunately, the service at Al's is mediocre at best, and during the numerous times that I've visited, can only recount one time where service was actually good. Poor service includes ridiculously long wait times for food, and even longer for the check. This could be a spectacular place to eat, but the inadequate service is holding this location back. Pros: Excellent food, Reasonable prices more
