My first dining experience at Al's was above average. The food is excellent, as it is freshly prepared. The only complaint I have is that my sandwich (Roasted Turkey) was supposed to come with chips and fruit. When I placed my order, my waitress asked me if I wanted to upgrade the chips to french fries, and I declined. When my meal was served, there were no chips. Perhaps I read the menu incorrectly, but I thought it odd that the waitress said, ""Roasted turkey, no chips"" as she was serving the dishes. She also spoke too fast, so it was hard to understand her.
