Worst

Lifetime warranty warranty? is not true. Called them about my windows fogging, Broken seals. They told me they were too old. 15yrs. Don't believe the warrantee, They don't.

Alpha replaced our windows recently. It's been really cold this winter so it was time to upgrade. The before and after was shocking. I couldn't believe how hard my thermostat was working just to keep my home subtly warm. Now it doesn't work as hard. I should note we replaced the old windows with new casement windows. more

Alpha was really helpful with the damage from the big storm. After I processed my claim, the adjuster called their office and spoke with them, who made sure I was properly compensated in order to have my house restored properly. more

Good place for quality windows 7/6/2011

We had a good experience with Alpha's window division. The whole process took about four weeks from the day we had the salesman in our home, to the day the installation was completed. The new windows make a considerable difference in noise reduction and the installers made the capping the way I requested. I have already recommended Alpha to one of my neighbors. more
