I have used Alliance Home Inspections to do an inspection on my home. I wanted to find out early on what the house needed prior to possibly putting it on the market. \r Alliance Home Inspections were very thorough and very professional. They pointed out things to me that I had no idea where there. They also took the time to install a junction box that I needed where there was a faulty wire. more

His inspections are very thorough and complete. He points out all of the issues without blowing them out of proportion. Keeps information matter of fact and does not offer conjecture or opinions. And, his reports are very easy to read and understand. I will continue to use Home Integrity Inspections and consider Alliance Home Inspections to be my main go to inspector. more

I was very impressed with Alliance Home Inspections `s professional activities during his recent inspection of my new home. He was on time (even though I was late), very easy to talk to during the entire process and emailed the entire inspection to me while we were still at the property! The detailed pictures and comments included provided me with lots of information about my property, giving me plenty of things to consider and much insight into my home purchase. The answers he provided to my questions were honest and straightforward. The job was great and I would highly recommend him to anyone considering the purchase of a property. more
