I found the customer service from Allgood Electric to be quite excellent. They really communicated with us well, they always had an open line of communication so we would know everything that was happening, and what we could do to prevent more problems in the future. I will definitely continue to use Allgood Electric, and I highly recommend their services! more

We didn't have any issues with Allgood Electric. The electrician that I met with was very knowledgeable and he came out and got the work done in a timely manner. This was my first time using them but I would definitely use them again, in fact, I'll probably call them soon for something that I've been needing to do. more

Allgood Electric offers competitive prices. I found them off of the internet. This was my first time ever using them and I will use them again if I need any electrical work. This time they replaced an internal and external panel and the results are satisfactory. Their staff are well qualified and professional. more

Jose arrived right on time and gave us an estimate. On the day of the scheduled work he and his crew arrived on time. They did an excellent job. Cleaned up everything. Explained what he had done. All done in a timely manner. We will definitely use Allgood again for future electrical work. more

I originally called Allgood Electric to come out to the house and put a heater in my bathroom. The young man that came out was so helpful and he let me know that he could do it, but it would require a whole new line to be installed. Well, that was more expensive than I had originally thought so, I didn't get it. But he did do some work for me on my GFI and I was very satisfied. He was so polite and knowledgeable. He explained everything he was doing and I was able to follow along and understand. I appreciated that. Overall, I was very pleased and he did great work. I absolutely recommend Allgood Electric! more

I had a very good experience with the people over at Allgood Electric. They sent out Jacob and he was very personable and really informative of what we needed done. He would explain what he was going to do, how he was going to do it, and why it was necessary for him to do it. He took really good care of us and we ended up having him do stuff that we were not planning to do immediately just because he was so good and we felt comfortable that he knew what he was doing. Next time we need these guys I will be requesting Jacob personally! more

We had Allgood Electric come over for an electrical inspection and the work was very good. The only thing that I do't love about their business is that there is a lack of communication when you are trying to hear back or get an order back from them. The work is superb but the communication with the staff is not that great. more

I was out of electricity and I called Allgood Electric who came out to the property. I thought it might just be a fuse but wasn't exactly sure. They sent a guy out here who walked all around a few times and checked out everything, but he could not locate the issue. I finally told him that I didn't want to hurt his feelings, but the more he stood there doing nothing, the more upset I was getting. They still wanted the money for the trip out, so I paid him and asked him to leave. I took a look and sure enough - it was a fuse I replaced myself. I really feel they owe me a refund - but that probably won't ever happen. more

I had a really good experience with Allgood Electric. Their customer service people were very nice and professional. They arrived on time at my home and they installed recessed lighting in my kitchen and also my living room. I thought that the last light they installed was a little on the expensive side, but overall for the entire job that they did for me at my house, I feel the cost was reasonable. If I have a need for lighting installation services in the future, I will call Allgood Electric. Also, I will recommend them to any friends who are looking for lighting or light installation service. more

I've used Allgood Electric several times. I have an older home and, so, they did an overall haul of electrical repairs. This last time I had them to install a ceiling fan. Prices are average. The technicians do very professional work in a timely manner. They know what they're doing. more

Allgood Electric replaced my light fixture; the technician ran a wire through the wall so I can have a wall switch and wouldn't have to continue to reach up and pull from the up high towards the ceiling. I think their prices are on the high end but I think it's okay because quality and service was satisfactory. more

Well I sort of had a mystery problem and the gentleman who came from Allgood Electric went through step by step to solve the problem. He methodically took his time and was really good about telling me and educating me about what could be going on and teaching me a little bit about electrical work. It turned out to be a little nail that was touching a wire in the drywall, it was a weird thing and so he cut off the tip of the screw and put it back in so it wasn't touching any the wire any more. that solved the issue of my breaker shutting off. I would definitely recommend them and already have. more

Allgood Electric burnt my dryer. The guy came out and he told me that it was fine to plug it in now, so I did and then after I did the dryer started smoking. So, I unplugged it and looked at it and I see now that all the wires are burnt. He also said that he would call to give me an estimate for the stove and he hasn't done that yet either. I have not called them because he pretty much was not able to fix anything, he took care of the one light, but nothing else. No I don't have a working dryer or a working stove, just very disappointed, I would not recommend them to anybody else or hire them again. se me quemo la seadora cuanod vino el senor me dijo que la conectara y luego se me quemo la secodora, no llame para decirles cuando el se fue yo deje conectada la lavadora estaba echando humo cuando fui para afuera y luego la desconecte y los alambres estaban quemados. no los contrataria de nuevo o recomendaria porque no, le me prendio nada mas una luz, todo lo demas esta apagado, la estufa no me la prendio y luego lo que paso con la lavadora, le voy a decir una cosa, el senor dijo que me iba a llamar a ver si me iba a dar un precio por ele trabajo que me iba a hacer pero nunca me llamo, y ahora no pudo cocinar nada y tengo todo eso malo. more

I have been with Ron at AllGood since 2015 and have had nothing but positive experiences. You can rate a company by 1 encounter; however, I am rating them by several projects that they have helped me with over the years. Life is not perfect, though, and when I had one issue come up after one of the projects, Ron and AllGood Electric handled it in the most professional manner that I have experienced with home remodeling/repair. The guy who came out from Allgood Electric was very helpful, he checked all my stuff and was very quick and explained stuff. He even checked the electricity in my thermostats in my hot water heater to see if it was that causing me issues. he then gave me advice on how to proceed in the future, they were just great to work with. I would definitely recommend them. more

Allgood Electric replaced an exterior plug that burned out and wasn't working anymore. I liked the fact they were prompt and professional and they seemed to do good work and got everything up and running for me. The only thing I wish was better was the pricing. I feel like it could have been more competitive, $200 to replace a plug seemed a little high to me. more

I initially called them because I needed to have them do something very specific electrically and I talked with someone on the phone and they said it would be no problem. He sent the guy out anyway and actually told us 'we don't do that.' He did fix another basic problem we had and that work was very good and the service was good. I just wish he would have known over the phone they didn't do what I wanted because I still have to go somewhere else for that. Despite that I would still give them five stars, they were very nice and polite. more

Allgood Electric came out and fixed what I eventually found out to be a trivial problem; instead of replacing the entire fixture in the shower he suggested to replacing the light bulb instead. The technician explained everything to me in a thorough manner. He took care of the situation with no problem. The service took no longer than 20 minutes to fix - he was in and out and charged me accordingly therefore the price for the service was reasonable. We are very pleased with the results from Allgood Electric. more
