Great Service for Armed Forces! 12/18/2011

We just got leave for Christmas but finding an affordable ride from our base to the Raleigh airport was impossible until I found All-Points. I got a few buddies together and All Points picked a couple of us up at 0330 at our barracks and then got my other buddy at his barracks. The driver was great, the ride was comfortable and we were treated like we were celebrities! If you are based at Bragg I recommend using All-Points. Their rates are great and they even let me split my $40 ride into 2 payments so I had more money for Christmas gifts. I will see them when I come back too! They say they care and they DO!\r more

Since I first tried All-Points I was impressed. When the snowstorm hit this winter they came - all my friends said no transportation companies were even answering the phones!\r Even if you only travel once in awhile you owe it to yourself to try them and be in their database. When one of their clients have a real problem they will go to extreme lengths to help them - day or night. They are without a doubt the finest firm of their type in North Carolina. more

Terrific Service! 4/15/2011

The reviews were right - my call at 3:45am(!) was answered on the first ring and the reservations person was professional, helpful, and precise. My work takes me out of town way too much and once again I had forgotten to book a car to the airport, except this time I also forgot to review my itinerary - my flight was leaving from Charlotte at 8:55am. Katherine assured me that I could be picked up and make my flight. Charlotte is over 150 miles from my house! She was right though, the driver arrived 10 minutes prior to my reservation time and I was on my way. \r I now have a priority account with All-Points. They know how to take the stress out of travel for sure. They even offered me a cold towel to refresh myself along with my favorite beverage. This is a class act that is going to be hard to beat. First class all the way. Thanks Katherine! more
