All Tex Exteriors

I chose this company because of the information on the website that I later founded out that we had to supply. The website states that you get an electric cooling and sound system package Free with a custom patio cover. After talking to Aleck we found out that we have to supply the fans & speakers for the cooling & sound system, and its just installation. They also use sub contractors which they were more polite when dealing with us. Aleck was not clear on the timeline of the work. Granted they had to wait for HOA to approved. However once it was approved, he stated work would start on a wednesday and never gave full details. The contractors showed up unannounced a day earlier to start framing because they were told to pour on Wednesday. Aleck texted them wednesday morning and told them to go to another job. (TEXTS WERE SHOWN BY CONTRACTORS) Once it brought to my attention they would not pour until friday or Saturday morning.(TOLD BY ALECK) I reach out to Aleck for him to be beyond rude, unprofessional, over talked me, and very nasty over the phone. ALECK attitude was unacceptable, seems like once our down payment went through his happy attitude went out of the window. He wouldnt answer calls, and he wasnt as quick to reply to text messages. His delivery changed, so the rest of the way he dealt via text message with my husband (which was upset, but knew I wanted a patio) The sub contractor were the total opposite. They were open to all questions, and contacted me once they arrived and kept us updated. Even though lunch got out of hand one day. They cleaned up before they left and made sure our yard look as they found it. They did a wonderful job on our patio. I wish that I would have done business with them directly instead of going thru ALL TEX. more

We are very pleased with All-Tex Exteriors and their staff. After having a very bad experience with another hardie-plank contractor I phoned All-Tex and from now on All-Tex will be my only contractor. All-Tex fixed what could be fixed and everyone was friendly, courteous, professional and trust worthy. Thanks for being there for us and by the way all of my neighbors like All-Tex Exteriors. more

All Tex did the new siding and paint on my home. All the work was completed in a timely manner and everybody from the person answering the phone to the consultant to the crews as well as my construction manager Tommy were all very helpful and answered all my questions. I am pleased with the work done to my home and am beginning to enjoy the benefits. I recommend All Tex to any one wishing to take the hassle out of getting your siding done. Excellent work describes what All-Tex did for our home. The sales team was excellent, the production team, the crew....ALL excellent. We live in Conroe and had trouble finding a quality company to come and give us a quote for our house. Not only did All-Tex come out within a day of our request, they completed the work in less than 10 days from our initial call. My wife and I used them for siding and paint and then brought them back in a year later for replacement windows. The quote was fair and the work they did was excellent. I plan to bring them back for a third engagement soon. more

DO NOT CHOOSE THIS COMPANY!!! We had the worst experience with All-Tex Exteriors. We thought they were a large company who can get the job done in a timely manner with great results, so we did not mind the higher price tag. However, they turned out to be VERY UNPROFESSIONAL and our project was delayed multiple times. No one would answer our phone calls or emails. It has been very frustrating, and we wouldn't want anyone else having to go through what we went through. We also wished we had done more research, because we later found out that they have had several complaints in the past and have an unsatisfactory record. SO BEWARE!!! more

We used All Tex Exteriors recently for the addition of downspout gutters to our home. They did a excellent job and were very affordable. The staff was very friendly and dispatched someone to my home the same day. The work was completed promptly. The contractors were professional, clean and friendly. I was very impressed with this company and recommend them for any Home repair etc. you may need. They stand behind their workmanship. I appreciated being treated so professionally. more
