It was about 9PM on Sunday night and I was hanging a picture on the wall when I accidentally nailed into a pipe and water started gushing out of my wall!!! I frantically called several plumbers and most didn't answer. The big companies had an answering service that didn't know anything -- one of which proceeded to tell me after 10PM it would be $472 and hours!!! Then I tried All In One. Justin answered right away and discussed the situation with me. He also advised me to turn off the water and wait to fix it in the morning as it would save me a ton of money. He had Brian come out the next morning and he was great! Brian looked at the problem, quoted me a fair price and fixed it efficiently. He even said they could do the drywall repair but I already had another contractor that was doing other drywall work for me. I remembered I had a leak under the kitchen sink so he checked the disposal for me, found the problem (a worn out gasket) and since he didn't have the part with him he told me if I picked up the part and called them that he would stop by when he was in the area and replace it for me for free since he wasn't able to take care of it now!!!! Overall great, professional, helpful service -- like your parents used to get 30 years ago!! I came across these guys because of the awesome reviews and asked them about the one bad review (By "techguy378" - about a teenager working for them) and they said everyone that works for them is over 30 so I'm guessing that person posted it to the wrong company as all of the other reviews are outstanding!! I wanted to mention this since I almost didn't call them because of that terrible review. I'm also a real estate agent and have worked with several plumbing companies and will make this company my number one referral to my buyers and sellers in the future! more

My toilet got plugged up (I turned it off and prevented it from overflowing). I called All in One Plumbing to fix it and they sent some young teenager out to try and fix it. This guy did not know what he was doing. He didn't fix the problem and still charged me $100 for his failed attempt to fix it! My bathroom smelled like a sewer after he left. He referred me to a more experienced plumbing company that easily came out and fixed the problem. This other guy even vacumed up the water in the bathroom and cleaned everything up. Don't ever call this All in One Plumbing company. It is some small family owned hole in the wall place that has absolutely no plumbing experience. more

I just called them to ask a question about a frozen pipe and they were more than happy to answer all of my questions without pressure. They were very nice and offered me many suggestions to prevent any further damage. If anything else happens I will be sure to call them first! more

These plumbers were great. I called late in the evening for help with a DIY project. They scheduled for early the next day and came on time. They assessed the situation, gave me an accurate time and cost estimate, and very quickly completed the work. They answered all my questions, explained what they were doing and other options available. They appeared to be quite knowledgeable and offered suggestions for other projects. I called All In One Plumbing on a Friday evening before a 3 day weekend. They promptly and courteously answered the phone. I asked if they serviced the Portland area and they said yes, they consider all of Portland their service area and would be able to come out to help me that evening. Two technicians arrived and promptly fixed my break. They had good attitudes and worked quickly. All In One Plumbing had come out on an 'emergency' basis that Friday evening and knowing my family would be without running water for the next three days, they could have asked a higher than normal price and I would have had no choice but to pay it. Instead they did not overcharge me or try to put any last minute hidden fees into the bill. I have found an honest plumber and will be recommending them to my friends. I will not hesitate to call them again should I need their assistance. Pros: Good men with good attitudes doing a good job. more

I am VERY pleased with their service. They came when they said they would, gave me a fair estimate, and went right to work the same day. They completed the work within 2 hours, and did an excellent job. They also took care not to track dirt into my home. They dressed neatly, were considerate, behaved very professionally. The final bill was slightly higher than quoted, but that was because they needed a new part. They gave me a discounted price on the part. I called these guys because they were recommended by friends that used them. I am reviewing them because I was impressed by them. They came out quick to give me a quote. The price was good and they could start right away. When they did the job they didn't "find" any problems hiding in the wall. The job cost what the job should have cost so we didn't have to go through that whole stupid bartering over hidden costs scheme so many plumbers do. Like I said, sometimes you find a good one. Pros: They do what I want but recommend what can save me money. Cons: None for me more
