I cannot say enough good things about my experience with this company. After having some unhealthy experiences with ""big name"" companies, I found All American by looking at online reviews and what other people had to say. I want to share my experience now in case others are doing the same. My husband and I knew that something was drastically wrong with our HVAC system, and early on a Saturday morning, with out of town guests on the way, we discovered a non-working system and a wet ceiling in our second floor laundry. Not only did someone pick up the phone early on a Saturday morning, they sent someone out within a few hours, a consultant later that day, and on the following Wednesday our new system was installed. The installation crew was on time, super courteous, and had a very extensive job completed and running by 2:30 p.m. They helped us out with financing and were able to give us several options, without trying to push us into something specific. The responsiveness to questions, phone calls, texts, on site questions has been PHENOMENAL! I will be sticking with this company!!! more

I strongly recommend All American Heating & Air to anyone because of their honesty, professionalism, and punctuality. My A/C quit working and I made an appointment with office staff, Nick. Chris Hobcroft, the technician, showed up punctually on Monday. He is knowledgeable and progressively diagnosed the problems from the simplest and least expensive component and up: the transformer, the capacitor, and finally the circuitboard. He explained to me the process and his recommendation in simple language. Once I agreed, he repaired the AC quickly and efficiently.\r \r Their service was simply impressive, starting with scheduling with Nick, the cheerful dialog with Tamany, the dispatcher, with Don and the repair by Chris. This was the best and most pleasant experience I ever had from any repair service I had before. I will only use these guys for A/C and heating repairs from now on. Reviewed by Dr. Max C. more

Professional, Courteous and Reliable 11/7/2011

All American Heating and Air Conditioning has twice now responded to my needs, both at my home and that of my mother. In all situations, their responsiveness, timeliness and professional approach to the heating and A/C needs have been nothing less than exemplary. All of the staff, from the owner to field installers, as well as service personnel, were prompt, kind in their approach and respectful of the need. I will use only this company for any of our maintenance needs for the future, or for new/replacement equipment as that may arise, and would give All American the strongest of endorsements at any time if asked by others seeking a reliable and trustworthy provider of these services and/or equipment. AWESOME SERVICE! 10/3/2011

Our 16 year old HVAC had been limping along for years. In June, we returned from vacation to find our house a sweat lodge! All American came to our rescue immediately. That same day, a rep came out to assess our situation, provide us with a portable AC unit, and sent us a proposal via email. Within a couple of days our new Trane unit was up and running. We could not be more pleased with its high efficiency and preformance. Purchasing a Trane was certainly an investment but one that has paid off big time! Our July cooling bill was $80 less than the previous year (and we got a great rebate). more

The best service company period! I wouldn't use anyone else. 9/7/2010

All American Heating and Air is the best service company I have dealt with yet. I have two units one of which has given me nothing but trouble due to an issue that was difficult to diagnose and causes the compressors to blow up (literally on one occasion). All American has worked without fail to diagnose the problem and work with the vendor to correct it completely. more

Great Service 6/8/2009

We replaced our upstairs and downstairs HVAC with All American and couldn't be happier with the work. It took less than a day for the work to be completed and haven't had any issues since. more
