Not as great as everyone says 3/17/2009

I cancelled an appointment 2 weeks in advance with Dr.Alice and they sent me a statement saying that I had had a missed appointment fee of 109.00 ,I looked at my appointment card and the receptionist wrote the wrong date on there, and they still would not take the charge off of my account... Pros: Nice staff Cons: office looks like we are in the 60's more

Dr. Johnson and her staff are wonderful. Everyone there is very down to earth. You can be sure that your care options will be explained to you, and you will get the best treatment possible at a reasonable price. Pros: gentle Cons: nothing more

DENTIST , NOT IMPRESSED 5/4/2008

Alice Johnson , well she was just OK ~~ went for a first time exam, to be told my dental insurance would not be accepted at her practice in a few months. As soon as she realized that I wouldn't be a regular customer/ patient ~She had very little interest and rushed the appointment. The office seem very outdated..\r In fact , I think she has closed .. She looked like a librarian and didn't seem like a dentist . Well no matter , i would never go back, Office staff were very nice . more

gentle and calm 5/1/2006

This was the best dental experience I've ever had! Dr. Johnson was very gentle and explained every step of the procedure to me. Her staff made me feel comfortable and relaxed. Highly recommended! Pros: Personable, Inexpensive more
