Algonac is very beautiful and is home to young and old alike. They have some very expensive beautiful homes down their winding roads but there are
also more affordable smaller homes located near their downtown. Algonac
is also the gateway to the ferry's which ride over to many of the surrounding
islands (i.e. Harsens and Walpole). They hold an annual summer fair on the
lake which welcomes many from afar. They have rides, games, a bingo tent
and at night they have some of the most awesome fireworks!!! Seldom do I
miss this event.
