Not only is my hairstylist, Jessie, completely fixed a botched haircut/color and has consistently given me great service, but the entire staff is friendly and well educated on hair care. I have been to many places trying to find someone who could do my fine but thick curly hair justice. Alexander's has been the best hair salon I've ever been to and I have now been coming here for a couple years. Debbie and her staff are exceptionally well trained and knowledgeable. Whether you are getting your hair cut or colored (I have gotten both) you will get it done with technical precision, meticulous attention to detail, and how the hair style will best suit you. The staff will always listen to your desires and will see to your needs to get the best hair. You get what you pay for and you'll definitely get your money's worth here! Pros: Best Cut AND Color! Debbie is one of the most talented hairdressers in the country. She runs a very succesful operation by taking advantage of her European education and experience. Jessie B. was my hair stylist and she was excellent! After trying so many hair salons in Orlando, I finally pondered upon a great one! Jessie was helpful, made me feel comfortable, listened to my needs and wants, but also giving great suggestions that suited my face shape best. Ultimately, my hair cut turned out so stylish--such a difference from before--and I still get compliments every so often about the edgy cut. Finally a great place to get a men's haircut in Orlando. All the barbershops in town have been horrible. I know it's awkward for a guy to go to a ""salon"", but the well trained staff make this place the best in town. Ask for Sara Pros: Great atmosphere, quality cuts more

I look forward to my appointments because I always leave the salon looking a million dollars and feeling a million dollars !! Debbie is a true professional and her standards are very high . Her staff are wonderfully trained and each and everyone of them makes me feel special --from Jessy at the front desk to Angela and her wonderful head massages !! The Best Salon in Orlando 11/20/2009

This is the far best salon out there in the Orlando area. I have been getting my hair done professionally for more than 10 years and this salon is one of the best. The stylists are very up to date with the hottest haircuts and styles. They are very good with hair color! I go to Alexander to see Sara and she is awesome. She has transformed my hair into something great, manageable, fabulous color and haircut. Check them out, they use Kerastase products and I swear by it!! Pros: Kerastase products more

FIND ANOTHER PLACE TO GO 11/19/2009

AFTER VISTING THIS SALON AND GETTING MY HAIR DONE, (I SHOULD HAVE KNOW BETTER AFTER READING THE REVIEWS AND THEY ALL LOOKED THE SAME AND THERE WERE SOMETIMES 3 IN ONE DAY EVERYDAY) WELL TO GOOD TO BE TRUE HOLDS TO THIS SALON, MY HAIR NOW IS A MESS, AND VERY UNEVEN AND SHORT, ALL BECAUSE THE STYLIST DID WHAT THEY FELT AND NOT WHAT I FELT AND I WILL HAVE TO FIND SOME OTHER PLACE TO GO AND GET IT FIXED, ALSO THE SALE PRESSURE IS SO OUT OF CONTROL TO BUY , IT MAKES YOU FEEL VERY UNEASEE. Great cuts for men 11/18/2009

Salons who take as careful and methodical approach to men's as well as women's cuts are rare if not impossible to find. Alexander Hair Dressing is one such rarified salon. The attention to detail, scissor-work, knowledge of products for difficult hair types such as mine, and final look all combine to make AHS the best place I've ever had my hair taken care of. I've been having my hair cut by Debbie for 10 years and wouldn't think of going anywhere else. Pros: attention to detail, all scissor work for men, free drinks! Cons: can take a long time but final product is worth it more

Debbie really knows how to put style into any cut. Her knowledge and expertise is fantastic and goes along way. Marissa is not only professional, but listens carefully and is very patient.
