The management staff are very rude, they will overcharge you and ugly people. They put up a front to get you to move in. Then staff in the office sit there bad built bodies down all day and look crazy at you when you come to the office for something. Rude, distasteful ladies. They need to add a diverse group in this place. The three ugly,rude black ladies are horrible. Lots of people are moving out. The maintanence people steal from you, go into your home without permission. The ugly syaff goes nothing. They just want your money. more

These are the worst apartments i have ever lived in. The A/C doesn't blow air at night, and when you call their ""maintenance line"", they don't even put in tickets anymore, since the maintenance people have come several times and said it works fine. There have been several burglaries since i have been here, and I was robbed recently. The staff is not willing to help in most situations, the parking is horrible, and i have caught the maintenance crew entering my apartment without my permission on camera. DO NOT MOVE HERE. more

I lived here for a 12 month lease and considered going back again but after looking around I chose another place because i had several issues when i lived there. I work for apts and i know all have bad and good issues but some can be avoided. My apt was great but not really a family oriented place no playground or resident activities for the kids. Also office staff is soooo rude and cold. I was a single mother with HIGH rent and was never late not once and my maintenance orders would take forever to get done. And everytime i went into the office i felt like a bother. Also they had alot of burgularies all the time. Very scary. Management did change after i moved so it may be different now i hope. Leasing office nickel and dimes you. They are rude and unattractive. I pay rent on time each month and keep a clean place, but they screw me on security deposit. Neighbors are friends with gangbangers. This place is so overpriced. Many car breakins and loiters. Pros: Park with pond across street. Garage optional. Cons: Bad Management. pricey for stafford more
