I left America's Best because they advertise 2 pair of glasses for $79, sure they had some but not the ones I seen on TV. Everything was an add on by the time I was done, 2 pair was over $275.00. I went to Alex Optical on Sunday at AZ Mills Mall. Carol was not pushy and I got 2 pair for $240.00 and Joe made them in an hour for both pair. They have a doctor there to examine the eyes for only $29.00 more

Wonderful Deal!! 8/19/2011

I need progressive with transitions and saw on t.v. buy one get one free. I only need one pair. Their frame selection was very basic and one pair was going to cost $380 and 5 weeks and 3 days to make them. Went to ALEX OPTICAL on Thomas Rd. Frame selection twice as big and one pair progressive transitions made the same day was less than $300. Luckily I found this place. more

"Unbelievable," I wanted to use my own frame: A drill mounted rimless; I went to Eye Masters they referred me to Alex Optical because their lab can't drill mount. Alex made me progressive transitions drill mount same day and half the price of LensCrafters. The optician let Eye Masters send all the customers to Alex, not one has ever come back to say a complaint, so they must do a good job here at Alex Optical. more

Here at Alex Optical, they are always friendly. I got my broken prescription glass fixed or when I need an adjustment. They clean my lenses and make sure they fit correctly. Thank you! more

Alex Optical gives good personal service and will do things like put new lenses in existing frames which save the customer money. We always go to Alex Optical for eye glasses. more

I have been an Alex Optical customer for a couple of years now and they are GREAT! What has kept me coming back to Alex Optical for these past few years is the friendly and knowledgeable staff. I have gotten my eyeglasses at other places, but no place do I get the service as I get at Alex Optical. When I get my eyeglasses made at Alex Optical I know I am getting a good quality pair of glasses that will benefit me and my vision needs.
