Worst

Alert Pest Control had inconsistent timing, two different people for parts of the job didn't seem to come to a consensus. One of the guys even creeped-out my nanny which was unset...

Very professional, get results. 4/15/2013

Alert Pest Control was very prompt and professional. They came out and surveyed the school very well. The only complaint would be that they didn't re-install the heater ducts properly after working on them. Everything was fine. We had a pest problem at the school but it is now dwindling down. The other service we had made the problem worse, but we had a lot of results with Alert Pest Control. They are doing a really good job. They are really good to people to work with and very friendly. I have used them twice now. They are good at what they do. I ask what I want, and they do what I ask. Sometimes companies will not want to do what you want them to and give you a hard time, but they don't do that. more

The technician I have now is excellent. 1/23/2012

The one technician I have from Alert Pest Control is excellent. He is extremely good, so I request him all the time. I don't like recommending companies because I could recommend them, but then another technician comes out and things could go extremely wrong, so I tend to steer clear of recommendations because of that. more

Top-notch! 11/22/2011

I got Alert Pest Control from another shopping center where I worked before, and when I came to S.F. I decided to use them here too. They are very thorough, have excellent attention to detail, are reasonable priced in their service, and their ethics and all that are top-notch as far as I'm concerned. I have recommended them to other property managers who have been looking for a company to replace someone else. It's not a big company, but it's big in my heart, and that's what makes them so great. When we need something done, we go to them, and they're there whenever we need them. When we have had a problem or an issue to address, they step right up. We have been very pleased. more

Available, efficient and friendly company to work with. 10/21/2011

I've been using Alert Pest Control for the past two years. I had used another pest company before, but they were never able to resolve the issue. When I started using Alert Pest Control, they were able to efficiently solve the issue. They are always great to work with, very friendly and professional. We do not have on site personnel on our building so there is no one there to check when service is done. In spite of that the building is always serviced as agreed, when agreed. Great job more

So we have a school and church and offices. Your company has been such a blessing to us in so many ways. By far your field staff are so friendly, skillful and KNOW there STUFF! That has been a great help to us and we can proudly say we are rodent free!!! Not easy with such a big and old building. We've been using Alert Pest Control for twenty-four years to service our house and they have been nothing but great to work with! We've used probably the same two employees throughout the years and they have always done an exemplary job. They are always prompt, careful and very considerate of our property. We had a severe problem with unwanted bugs many years ago and we are happy to say that we have controlled the problem and have not had the complaints we used to have and we are very happy about that. With as large of a complex as we have, you would think there would be a bad problem with pests, but there is not and we are happy with the services of Alert Pest Control. more

THEY HAS BEEN MANAGED MY PLACE FOR MORE THAN A YEAR WITH THIS COMPANY. AFTER I TRY 2 OTHER WITH THEY ACTUALLY DID NOT DO MORE THAN CHARGE FOR NOTHING, A FRIEND OF MY RECOMMEND IT TO MY AND WE HAD SERIOUS PROBLEMS HERE IN JUST 2 MONTHS I SAW THE BIG OR LET'S SAY THE HUGE DIFFERENCE. I DEFINITELY STAYING WITH THIS COMPANY AND I REALLY RECOMMEND IT. more

Alert has managed pest control at our facilities for years. Alert's service techs, especially Ralph Crasco, are conscientious, knowledgeable and always take the time and make the effort to keep the customer informed of conditions, potential problems, etc. more

Have always done a great job 9/17/2011

We have had Alert Pest Control for many many years. They have alway done an outstanding job. Ralph is usually our service man and he always takes care of our normal pest control as well as the occasional odd situation that comes up i.e., when we had a small flying/jumping type of bug he took it back to the office to try to identify and resolve the problem. He then sprayed around the house and the problem was gone. We would recommend Alert to anyone having problems or those who wish to keep a problem from happening. more

Great service 9/16/2011

Alert Pest control has been regularly servicing my apartment for years,they do monthly spray treatments in my yard. In the 5 years I lived here, I have NEVER had any ants/bugs in my lower unit.They do a great job, their efficient & friendly. I would definiatly recommend them. more
