Albuquerque Dermatology Assoc

A visit to a doctor always makes me feel tense and uncomfortable. The treatment I received at the Albuquerque Dermatology Associates changed that. I am profoundly grateful to the staff for treating me with respect yet making me feel 'at home'. They are obviously very busy, but I feel that every effort was made to fit me in their schedule. The staff was friendly and made the registration process easy. I am now fully healed and would like to commend the professionalism and competence of Dr. Connolly and Dr. Reddy. For me it was certainly the most comforting outcome to a health problem I have experienced. more

I read the background information on the doctors at Albuquerque Dermatology Association and really trusted there credentials. I was looking forward to setting up an appointment for a six month check up for both me and my husband until I spoke to the staff. They were very unhelpful and unfriendly with me. My husband works unconventional hours so I only have his schedule one month in advance. I called 3 times at the first of every month and was always told the same thing, the doctors could not see us until over one month out. On my frustrated 4th attempt, four month later I was told once again that the doctors were booked until over a month out so I told them to make the appointment anyway and I would just have to make it. Further more, the doctors were still unavailable and the appointment had to be with the nurse practitioner instead! Finally, moving heaven and earth to get there our appointment came around, 2 month later and after 5 months of trying to get in. When we got there, they told us we were not on the books at all and not in there system! Once again, they were unfriendly and unhelpful and there waiting room was filthy with what I can only imagine being skin flakes on the chairs. HORRIBLE!! more
