Tune-up review 10/5/2017

David Dees came out to service my unit today. He was very polite ... called 30 minutes ahead to give me an ETA. He arrived promptly, explained what his tune-up service would entail and offered me the company's Residential Energy Saving Agreement which I found very beneficial. He completed his work in a timely fashion (about 45 minutes) and explained again the company agreement which I purchased. I found every aspect of his work here pleasant and professional. BiAnnual Furnace Checkup 9/28/2017

Adam Steffler called us to notify he'd be 15 min late. He was professional, knowledgeable and eager to answer questions and teach us how to use complex digital thermostat. He recommended add on equipment that would help my allergies but did not do hard sell. He made adjustments to the HVAC system that improved our comfort level and discussed ways I could do periodic analysis to insure proper function of unit. Adam was exemplary in his knowledge of my system and in the detailed service he provided. I would heartily recommend both Abermarle Heating and Air and especially Adam Steffler for outstanding customer service. more

John definitely knows what he is doing and fixes things right. We had our biannual maintenance appointment and when the tech left, unbeknownst to us, wires were left disconnected and the breaker tripped. Everything was fried. John appears to be the guy they send to fix major problems as he was sent to fix ours after the first tech visit. more
