We took a family trip to Wisconsin Dells and booked a two nite stay at this hotel. As soon as we walked into our room, we found out our guestroom walls were dirty, carpet was not clean, stain on bedsheets, no coffee maker in the room, and there were only 2 towels in the room for guest of 4\r

No complimentary coffee at the lobby as advertised, poor customer service because most of the front desk staff were rude and unwilling to help guest in anyway, and the front desk complain when asking for more towel for either the room and/or for the swimming pool.\r

WORST of all.. this hotel has no customer satisfaction gurantee and won't refund any money due to there was NOT any gurantee in making and/or keeping guest happy. \r

TOO many negative things to list.. Won't recommend to anyone.
