Club Dream Every Friday Night 7/5/2009

There are very few clubs that are actually as great as this club on Friday nights. Most of the clubs in Long Beach are not mixed. What I loved was that this was truly a mixed club. There were two rooms for music so I was able to dance to almost any kind of music not just Hip Hop or Top 40 but also Dancehall and Reggaeton. I was there on my birthday party and my bottle was really inexpensive. I was actually surprised how good the appetizers were. I had the beef with homus. I definitly recommend this place on Friday Nights. Pros: Great Mixture of Musc and People more

horrible .. 5/3/2009

i can't believe how crappy this place is..the hookah was horrible, it took them half an hour to get it out. Cons: everything more

Fun for party, drinks ...ehhh 1/23/2009

Long Beach is one of my favorite places to go party at during the weekend. Last weekend we ended up at Aladdin by chance and I can really say we had a TON of fun. Then again, it really depends on who you go with anyways. They have two sections, the Persian one and the Latino one, so you get a pretty interesting mix of people. They also have an outdoor patio for the smokers. Now the drinks were horrible, they were pure water! Even the shot of patron tasted watered down....pretty shady for a $10 drink! Pros: FUN Cons: watered down drinks more

Future Hot Spot 9/10/2008

Aladdin's is a nice place to relax. It's one block away from the crazy night clubs down the street. The manager, Iman, is a sweet heart. He told me that an event management firm, Tadori Events, will be taking over Aladdin's on Sept. 18. I went to their past events and I had a really great time! I can't wait to see what they'll be doing to Aladdin's! Pros: Moroccan theme & Greek theme Cons: no valet more

Go on Thursday nights 9/10/2008

This place is a great hang out. The staff were courteous and not to mention the music at this place is amazing. I went on a Thursday night and it was a mix and mingle night. I believe it was called Tadori Thursdays. Me and my girls had a great time. Definitely go for the scene and drinks, not the food. Pros: Intimate Cons: Parking more

AVOID AT ALL COSTS 2/24/2008

The waitress at this bar seemed angry at the world. The hookah came out with what i thought was dark brown tea to improve the taste, and later found out it was just water, really dirty water (i have to be tested for Malaria). The bowl lasted probably five minutes, and I later noticed an awesome hookah lounge on the other side of the intersection, which was probably why i was the only customer there and all the people walking by were laughing at me. Plus, the outside seating was uncomfortable and small. THIS PLACE STINKS! email me! caio! more

Good service 4/1/2007

The Aladdin was the first hookah bar that Ive visited when I first came 2 Cali a little over 2 years ago. And one of te best! .. The service was great! The staff was very attentive and the waitresess were very pretty. The dance area is kinda small just like almost everyother club in Socal. But the women that comes there are beauitful! ... So they are dancing right on top of you ... The food was O.K .. but the drinks were great and plenty. but when the club statrs jumpin .. with women like that .. who needs food.... Pros: Service Cons: Not big enough more

Good Club Atmosphere but Scary Food! 12/29/2006

I visited the Aladdin Bar/Grill for the first time all of yesterday for my nephew's birthday party...the big 18! We got there early like 9:30pm and they started the loud music at that time. The place is small and has a club fare, service was not that bad. The waiter was right there and ready to get our drinks and food. But the music is very loud for such a small place! If you want conversation, go outside for real! If you want to dance and party, this is the place, AFTER GOING TO DINNER SOMEWHERE ELSE!! Now the food - listen to this story and you'll think twice about eating there: I had a friend who went with me to the club and she ate there. I told her I read the reviews and most people gave the place a bad rating. I listened, she DID'NT ! She ordered her food anyway and about two hours later she was running in the bathroom. She called me the next day and can you believe she is STILL SICK from what she ate! SCARY! PARTY HARD - EAT AT YOUR OWN RISK......! Pros: good club atmosphere, good drinks, good music Cons: bad food, too small and smoky more

A restaurant like this IS STILL OPEN? WHAT A JOKE 11/29/2006

Like the other reviewers said, the title of my review should be enough to steer you away from this crappy restaurant. If you ever had bad service, imagine Aladdin Cafe in Long Beach far worse x 1000%. The waitresses are unbelievably retarded (no joke to say this politely) and if you can believe this - they charge you extra for TAKE OUT. The manager, Ricky, needs a lesson in Restaurant Management 101. After having take out and a sit-down lunch at Aladdin Cafe, (not by my choosing) I can say this much - there are excellent restaurants in downtown Long Beach, dont waste your time at Aladdin for hookah, food or any entertainment. There is no value there. Cons: EVERYTHING more

Terrible Hookah! Incompetant Service! FOOD GAVE ME MUD BUTT FOR 2 DAYS!!!!! 11/16/2006

my headline should say it all but if you need more detail - this place was awful!!!! i've been to hookah cafes and middle eastern restaurants all over socal and this place is at the very BOTTOM of my list! Seriously, how do you screw up the food so badly that I was sick for 2 days??? Pros: NOTHING Cons: EVERYTHING more

Save yourself in every way....horrible 1/14/2006

OVERPRICED, the place was COMPLETLY empty, we were the only ones there on a weekend night...literally. Horrible environment, horrible service. Save yourself your time, money, and a completly wasted night... go anywhere but here! more

Go for the food, stay for the fun 2/22/2005

This is a great place to have dinner with a couple of friends. If you're there on the weekend, stay for a while, because it turns into a great dance club. You'll me the most beautiful Mediterranean women here. It's worth a stop on your southbay tour of Los Angeles. more

Horrible Food 8/3/2004

If you feel like wasting your time and money, stop by and have a bite to eat. The food is very bland and not worth the price. The drinks are super expensive. It get's very crowded but fun if you are in a party mood. If you like Middle Eastern food, I would recommend Open Seaseme, Byblos(westwood area) or Carousel (Glendale). The best value is Open Seaseme, and the best entertainment is probably Carousel. The dancers at Byblos remind me of strippers, but hey if you like that kinda stuff that's the place to be. more

Got Excedrin? 1/11/2004

If you enjoy screaming at the top of your lungs while thumping music is blaring during dinner this is the place for you. The food and prices are okay service is horrible. You have to pay $10 cover even if you drop $400 on dinner. Rip Off, Bad service, & uncomfertable enviornment.. more
