I gave them a call because my heat stopped coming on and the original owner used them. They made it out sameday within 3 hours that I called. Good customer service on the phone. They neglected to tell me the little house visit would cost me $84 though! The guy basically came over looked at my unit for 5 minutes and said I needed a new motor. He recommended a new motor at the very least and said I should go ahead and just replace the whole thing. He took down the information so he could get an estimate for me. Came back from his truck and said he couldnt get the estimate yet and they'd call me on Monday after the weekend. He collected his $84 on the way out : /
