Pedro, did an excellent job on the installation of our Lennox system and was very knowledgeable on setting up the controls and explaining how to program the system. very punctual and hard working. more

Heat Pump Service 12/11/2017

The Technician was very helpful in keeping me informed about the repair process this included information about why the Heat Pump failed during this first cold weather. The Technician didn't not leave a mess and was very knowledgeable when he explained about why exactly the Heat Pump failed and he let me know the problem had been corrected with new parts and I was back with being able to heat my house. more

We have used Air Depot for years and they actually installed our new Carrier system. Love that they are on target for the checkups for summer and winter and then the yearly all around. We had an unusual problem with our system and Randall diagnosed it right away. Parts were ordered and the system fixed within a few days. Works perfect! Thanks Randall for no nonsense approach. Shout out to Elbert and Chris for getting the part so quickly. more

Going Above and Beyond 6/14/2016

When Francisco Reyes came for his routine maintenance visit to my A/C unit recently, he took the trouble after his customary professional job to alert me to some repair needs in my attic regarding structural braces that were broken. I followed up and have had the work done thanks to his advice. That kind of care and concern are a great reflection on Air Depot and it's people. more

Mr. Frank has been servicing our air & heat units for a long time. Always has a smile on his face & is most courteous. He checks everything from drain lines to the outside units & keeps us informed on how they are working. Air Depot is a great company. So glad they are my company for service. more
