This is the place to go when you need any type of computer service. The staff is friendly and always able to answer your questions. Last month I took my dead dell to them and in less then a day they were able to recover all my business data and build me a new pc. I will never buy a dell again. If I ever have a problem I can call and talk to a real local person and get help fast. PROS: Fast, Friendly, Low Prices, Very Knowledgeable CONS: None more

over priced yet staff is knowledgeable 10/25/2005

Pleasant experience with this business. The staff was extremely knowledgeable about computers. They were willing to help me find exactly what I needed to help my computer work the way I needed it to. I found their prices to be high after comparing with some online computer stores. I would shop their store again -- if I didn't know what I needed and needed advice to find the right item. If I already knew what I wanted, I would buy online for a cheaper price. Parking is plentiful -- as long as you don't go there during dinner hours. The nearby restaurant customers tend to take up all the spaces during dinner time. PROS: knowledgeable staff CONS: prices more
