I purchased a Swoop which is like a Groupon for this coupon for a wine tasting. Everything seemed fine until the day of my party. I verbally and in written form made a request for my wine selections but didn't get my request. The person took orders from the girls for additional bottles which she said it would come in a week. The girl at the tasting is texting while she is pouring. A month later, we are calling her with no response , to chase down our bottles that we paid for in advance. She was supposed to drop off wine at my house and didn't show or call. When we finally get our wine, she doesn't have everyones order, she has a bad attitude, and terrible service. She doesn't apologize and is just rude!!! Beware!!!!! I am a member at Cooper's Hawk and have been to several tasting. This was terrible service!!
