Nigel was great. Very professional and great summary of diagnosis. 2/16/2018

Our new humidifier wasn't working as expected. Nigel diagnosed the problem and found the unit was mis-wired. He fixed it, checked it out and also setup the thermostat correctly so that the now working humidifier would function properly. He was respectful, professional, and focused on resolving the issue. Friendly, informative support 2/14/2018

I appreciated the technician's explaining the reasons my heater was leaking. He responded to all questions and even asked me if there was anything else he could help me with -- which was very thoughtful as this is my first house purchase and I know so little. Affordable Plumbing, Heat, & Electrical also set the appointment the same day as I called - which took a load off my shoulders as I was very worried about the leak. I am not familiar with pricing for this service so cannot comment if it was fair or higher than average. But I know I could have asked more questions on the cost but did not...so my fault there. more

Helpful, courteous service 2/14/2018

Our heater stopped working one cold night. The serviceman was helpful and courteous. He was patient and persistent to find the cause and recommended that we change the filter more often. THANKS! more

Delayed 3 times. Finally arrived at 4PM 2/6/2018

Was originally scheduled 10-12. Called by your office telling me the technician assigned the job did not do pipe work and the technician who would handle the job would arrive closer to 1PM. At 2:30PM, I called the office and was told he would arrive in about 20 minutes. Finally arrived about 4PM. more

This company has been amazing. It was a costly, inevitable expense to replace my hot water heater, but Jason and Billy took the time to educate me and make sure, as a first time home owner. my system is up to code and I now know how to maintain my new hot water heater. Outstanding service! more

Prompt, professional service 2/1/2018

Water heater failed the night before. Scheduled appt. with Affordable Plumbing and Heat at 0830AM. Technician (Billy) arrived at 1005 and completed the install before noon. Provided add'l insight on how to extend the life of the new unit. Overall, excellent experience. more

Water heater replacement 1/31/2018

Called to get estimate for new heater as old was 17 years ancient. Price was in line with other bids and I trusted the guy who came out the most. Only negative is that dispatcher didn't tell me about 75 dollar trip fee that is refunded if you go with company. more
