This company was excellent. The tech showed up on time. Tech was very neat and respectful of my property. Did a great job changing locks and making keys. Very quick and fair price...

Industrial Doors Repaired 4/23/2013

Had several repairmen in the past that seemed to patch things.These guys have been great my doors never worked so good since Mike repaired them also any extra keys you need you have in minutes.Would recomend Advanced to anybody more

First of all, they were very prompt in getting back to us and setting up an appointment. He called and was able to get us in a day earlier than he had thought. He was very precise on when he would be arriving. He chatted with me, and got a quick assessment of the situation and took care of it within about 20-30 minutes. He also gave us some good tips for the future. more

Just what I was looking for. 4/12/2013

I had Advanced Lock & Security re-key 3 locks in my home. I actually set up the appointment for 4 pm because I don't get home from work until 4. I got home about 5 minutes early and the guy was already there waiting for me. He had left a message that he was running ahead of schedule. When I arrived he started to work right away. It was quick, professional, and I would use them again. more

It was a good experience except for one little problem. 4/11/2013

Advanced Lock & Security did a good job. They were very polite and very knowledgeable. There was a problem when they installed a lock on my door. They didn't carve out the wood to make the lock flush with the door. I called them up and they've scheduled a time to come out and fix it. Otherwise, the quality of the work has been good. more

Flexible with our schedule, re-key'd the whole house 1/30/2013

Advanced Lock & Security came out here and replaced all of our locks. We had just purchased a new home and wanted to re-key all the locks. We had to change the date of our appointment due to a settlement issue, and Lock & Security was really accommodating about changing the appointment and getting us in sooner rather than later. They did the job well and made us as many keys as we wanted. I would recommend them. more

I e-mailed Advanced Lock & Security and told them we needed the locks changed. They called me within that day and set up a time to come over. They changed the locks and gave us the number of keys that we needed. Angelo's Carpet more

Quick and professional. 12/13/2012

I was trying to install a deadbolt in my house, and I called Advanced Lock & Security to come out and bore a new hole for me. I came to find that the hole was large enough, but there was an insert in it. Joe came out, installed the lock, explained what was happening, and took care of it all. He was very nice and helpful. more

Advanced Lock & Security changed our locks. They came out on the same day we called, and made a bunch of keys then and there. The locks work better than they did before. They were in, out, and done in 10 minutes. more
