Best Tattoo Shop in SoCal. 6/25/2011

I have had two of my tattoos done by Steve, and I will never go anywhere else. He's the best in Long Beach by far, and I will keep going back to him until the day he shuts his doors (hopefully never!). I was recommended to him by my cousin. I have brought my girlfriend back for all of her tattoos, and she loves him just as much. He's a great guy, and he doesn't charge ridiculous prices for great work. His equipment is always sterile, and his shop is clean. I recommend him to anyone looking for a first tattoo done. more

Highly Recommended 11/19/2009

Six of my friends & I ambushed Mr.Acosta on a friday afternoon & despite the fact that he was the only tattoo artist on duty that day he gracously & professionaly took on the challenge. the prices Mr. Acosta quoted each of us were incredebly reasonable, especially considering his amazing talent! In addition, his facility was quite clean & professional. I highly recommend Advance Dermagraphics. We weren't disappointed, & you wont be either. Pros: Best tattoo shop In town Cons: The best ever!!! more

THIS MAN LOVES HIS JOB!!! 9/11/2009

My son took me into Steves' shop with a picture and an idea in mind. Steve gave me his opinions and options to my idea and came up with a tatoo I love. This tat is so good, the first thing people ask ""Is it real"" !!! Steve had me laughing and talking away and before you know it my tatoo was done. My son has several of Steve's tatoo's and now my daughter in law and I have them as well. Thank you Steve for making my first tatoo fun and perfect. Peace more

For a comfortable experience from artists that care, I would recommend this shop. They have been there for almost 30 years. And the person doing the work is Steve Acosta who opened up the shop himself in the late 1970?s. Very good prices and great work. Tattoos or piercing, you can?t go wrong! Pros: Work that you will be proud of for life more

Highly recommended!!! 1/18/2006

The shop is kind of small, but the service and work they do is superb. I went there to get a small tattoo on my bikini line. I was a little nervous at first, but Steve Acosta, the shop owner was very professional. Soon I was so relaxed I could have taken a nap! I have since gotten a few piercings from there. Good work! more
