I have been trying to get my (warranteed) oven completely fixed by them since 1.3.11. It's one year later, 1.4.12. They did the repair, but broke a piece. Since May, 2011 they kept telling me that the piece was on backorder. They would make appointments and not show up. They screen their calls. I have called them numerous times, left messages on their answering machine, but they never called me back. I give up. I am calling the manufacturer and this repair will probably cost me $500 (parts and labor).
