I just bought a house, so I have been working with lots of home repairs. Most of the experiences have been a little disappointing, but this one was so bad, I actually signed up on city search just so people would be warned at how amazingly bad my experience was with this Company. I had two repair appointments scheduled with them. The first one they rescheduled with less than 24 hours notice, and then proceeded to show up as late as possible for the newly rescheduled appointment. I had to keep calling them to schedule my follow up appointment, and when I finally was able to schedule it they couldn't get me a saturday for three weeks. I expressed that my work schedule limits my availability and they assured me that they would come as early as possible within the window, and not come as late as possible like last time. When I called THEM to find out where they were at the EXPIRATION of my window, and after I had already lost a half a day of work, they said they were going to be late. They obviously have no respect for customer time, and I would never ever use them again.
