This will be the second Termidor Soft Soil Treatment at this address. I trust Action Termite to take the same care this time as last time. 2/11/2015

Their payment schedule is excellent. After the initial five years you can take any course of action that you wish to do. We chose to continue to pay for the yearly inspections after the first five years of free yearly inspections were over. This year, I want to start with another exterior Termidor termite treatment, and have that protection for my home plus the five years of free inspections. After the years that have gone by since the last treatment, and for the long warranty period that will be in effect, I feel that this is a wise decision to make. Thank you for excellence in product and personnel. I was happy to see that Mike Boswell would be drawing up the contract and available for any future questions that I may have. We have used Action Termite Control from the time our house was built - 20 years ago. Always have had excellent results while making appointments and having our property inspected and/or treated. Fortunately, we have never had the little critters take over, due to watchful eyes of Action. more

Great service 1/24/2015

We received termite warrant as part of our home purchase and when we noticed termites we were vey nervous. We called and someone arrived within a very timely manner and resolved the issue. It has been several months now and we haven't seen any other signs. We were very happy with the service and will definitely renew. more

Knowing that they initially came and did the job that needed to be done and then knowing that they are only a phone call away is great. You will love them 12/29/2014

Had several companies come out last year when I saw noticable termite mud tunnels. No one could beat the price or quality of work done by Action Termite. They did not have to drill holes in my concrete (as the previous company did) and I have not seen a sign of them since. They offer an excellent 10 year warranty also so you can't go wrong. If you have termite issues, give them a call; you will love them more

As living in the high desert area of Phoenix, Az., we have had to always be on the look out for termites. Three years ago we called Action Termite Control, they came to our home and got rid of our termite problem. They also inspect our home on a yearly basis for any further issues. I am so glad that I can across one of Actions technicians in our neighborhood. Even though he was not schedule to visit our house he was more than willing to talk with us and give us information on the spot. A call to the friendly office staff and they were super helpful in getting estimates and service all set up for us. All around it was just a great experience with every single employee we spoke with or worked with being super friendly, very knowledgeable and professional. I would suggest Action Termite Control to anyone! more
