Action Powersports - Tulsa & Broken Arrow

Do not take your jet ski to these people. They kept my jet ski all summer, because it would sputter, lose power and stall then take 4-6 minutes to restart. Then it eoukd run rough intermittently. They finally figured out what was "" wrong"" and ""fixed"" it, to the tune of over $600. Next summer, first trip to the lake, same exact story. I took it back, because they did nothing! Well, you guessed it, same exact story, kept it all summer then finally ""figured out what was really wrong"" and ""fixed"" it, but this time it was over $800. Took it to the lake today.. You guessed it... They did nothing. I would also like to add that they are rude snd hostile when challenged about their short comings. You are supposed to just fork over piles of money to them with no expectation of any professional mechanic actually having knowledge of how to fix anything. Anything other than an oil change is way over their expertise level. Beware!!!! more

BEWARE! Owner CUSSED me out in parking lot. I had my 4 year old son with me... \r The owner would not return my calls about a discrepancy in the service department so I came onsite and approached him respectfully with my issue (they had quoted me $150 and wanted $350 to get my son's dirt bike back). He told me that I would pay the 'effin' money or I wouldn't get my bike back. He and another employee actually even tried getting in my face with threatening posture.\r THIS IS THE WORST BUSINESS IN TERMS OF PROFESSIONALISM AND INTEGRITY I HAVE DEALT WITH IN MY LIFE. Do business with these guys ONLY if you want to loose sleep or have money to throw away. more

Thay have sooo much stuff to choose from. We went in looking at jet skis and almost bought a 4 wheeler. The prices are about the same as other places but they have a good payment plan. Location is very convient also being off of 51. The employees are more than willing to help with all the questions you may have. If you are looking for a motorcycle, 4 wheeler, jet ski or any accessories for those items you might want to check this store out. more
