I first went to Nashville Nissan and saw a customer service representative rush out the door as soon as he saw me pull up...it all got worse from there...Read my review on that if you are interested. Anyway. after a unpleasant experience there, I went to Action NIssan where I got out of the car and was not attacked by a salesperson when getting out of my car. Instead, I I walked in where I did not see salespeople hovering around the showroom, just a friendly receptionist to greet me. I asked for someone I was referred to. I was met there a couple minutes later. I told him what I was offered by the other NIssan dealership and they agreed that they had given me a good deal, but would match it and do a little better. Instead of 12,000 miles on the lease, they would give me 15,000 a year and plus, my payments would be a little less per month. I was not pushed at all, so I gladly took the deal and got some things added to my car and picked it up 2 days later...very easy and no stress or high pressure sales. I thought the sales person and finace manager were professional, but layed back...totally my style. I would highly recommend anyone looking for a Nissan to come to this particular store.
Pros: Non agressive sales staff, sharp showroom, great deals
Cons: Pull into first driveway, second one is hard to manuver
