Terrible Experience! 9/11/2010

I had a horrible experience with this company. Customer service is severely lacking. They claim to have the best warranty around. Maybe this is true if you can get them to answer your warranty call, if not you're out of luck. Check other reviews for them on City Search by searching for AHS Mold Aid. more

John and his team were super professional and wonderfullly responsive. They explained everything they were going to do, they did it, then they explained what they did. They showed a high level of professionalism in dealing with a difficult customer situation too. I will use Acquired again! more
