Well friends, A few weeks back I posted about my frustrations with Esposito's Garden center. This week I received a letter and a phone call from them. Apparently my phone message or number never made it to upper management. They apologized for my inconvenience and actually sent me their company return policy. They assured me that they have trained and met with their employee's to explain the customer service and return policy.. That the employee that dealt with me has been spoken with and understands that this is to never happen to another customer.
I have decided to give Esposito's the benefit of the doubt and give them another chance to keep my patronage. Like I said before. I like shopping local and since this was my first "bad experience" I am giving them a second opportunity to keep my business.
