I know my way around a car and truck. So when I go to a store to pick up supplies or parts, I don't want to spend a half hour waiting for a high school-er looking up numbers from the wrong catalogue and then ask help from others; or worst a person fighting their computer system the whole time and complaining to me about it!The staff at Ace Auto Parts is top rate because they are doing what they love. This is truly a rare event at any retail/service store now. The prices are just as good as any Internet or discount store, but you get the incredible knowledge with a lot of friendly on top to boot! This place is beginner to expert safe. Plus, here's the kicker, If they don't have it or can't get it, they will tell you where to get it! How many place will do that? Don't wait your time at the auto parts store. Just one visit and you'll agree. more

Hey, I don't know much about cars but I have often popped into this store whenever I have visited the area - which is a big deal, as I am from the UK! The staff are always polite and the owner is one cool guy. A friendly reception greets you one every visit and they know their stuff. I thoroughly recommend this store to anyone who is need of spares or advice and who demand the highest level of service. Top marks. more

I don't know a thing about cars or fixing anything. My uncle who love cars and everything to do with them, sent me here to pick up a part. Of course this thought frightened me so he called the store and was able to have a salesperson set the part aside so that it would be ready for when I got there. I was happy because I didn't waste time looking around and the staff was very friendly. That's my kind of shopping. more

I'm a huge fan of this store. I've lived in Huntington Beach for over 20 years and this store is literally down the street from my house. It's always had everything I ever needed for my car parts and I've never been failed at getting quality help. I've made several telephone calls and I've gotten my answers met quickly and with great explanation. The store is reasonably priced and the store has a real home feel. more

I don't know much about auto parts but I do know that this place has pretty much everything on the planet if it has to do with autos. Very helpful staff. I was a bit intimidated to come here alone but I decided to get up the courage and I was pleasantly surprised to find the most helpful staff. I found what I was looking for and I received a short and sweet training about car fuses. Not bad in about half an hour. I will surely come back here. more

Great auto part store. Located in a convenient shopping mall. This store is stocked with plenty of items for any of your needs and loads of staff to help you in your search for that specific device. When looking for an auto supply this is one of the first places I stop. It' also right around the corner from Crown Ace Hardware so it's super easy. more
