A++++ wonderful service , I called up Accurate mobile Auto repair service and had a tech come to my house. He arrived about 45 minutes later, his name was Phil, Phil was professional, he filled out the paperwork and started running some tests on my Suburban, he tightened a bolt or two that the other shop forget to tighten and found a vacuum leak to my manifold, the lube shop a few days earlier tried to sell me a 1200 job replacing my manifold. Accurate fixed my problem in 10 minutes! for 85.00 that saved me about 1100 dollars. I couldn't be happier with the professionalism and integrity. These words unfortunately don't go hand in hand with the Auto repair industry, but Accurate gave me some confidence that there are still good people out there. I will be using them for my other vehicles and have even given Phils card to my daughter Nicky. 5 Stars and Thanks again. more

PLEASE PLEASE READ BEFORE CALLING THIS COMPANY!!\r \r * No active business license in Nevada ( look it up) it's illegal to collect money from a customer in the state of Nevada without a valid business licence.\r * unprofessional tech Don\r *operating under two different names ( accurate mobile mechanics / mechanix on wheels) \r * NO parts on there vans\r * The vans look like they rolled down a hill 15 times, and some how glued the thing together enough to drive down the road ( this is a understatement)\r * charged me $120 hr ( as much as a dealer service) and still misdiagnosed repair need. Witch tech couldn't even repair him self, and recomend I take it to dealer after I just wasted $120.\r * tech took generator to dealer for repairs, then yelled at me when I called about the status a week later. That's when I ended our bussiness. Don fraudulently extracted additional $120 for dropping off generator that he could not fix. There was no written aggreement nor verbal aggreement of him being payed anything, he had me over a barrel cause the generator could only be release to him since he had dropped it off. Owner Mark Would not return phone calls to handle the situation, and could give a crap about the way his tech was treating customers!\r \r I'm reporting this company to the following agency's:\r \r - BBB\r -DMV\r -Atorney General\r -Nevada Secretary of State more

DO NOT CALL THIS COMPANY, THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF!!! you will be charged $85/hr and will be left in worse condition than when you started! After waiting 4 hours from the time that they said that they would be there, Spencer finally showed up. The first thing he did was ask me about gas mileage, a/c function, and said that I might have an electrical problem. I called because I came from California and my car was overheating. After checking hoses for leaks and cleaning off my battery terminal, and ruling out the fan as the culprit, he goes to hook the computer up to the car and use some kind of key to raise the cars temperature without turning the car on. having a full key chain of these keys, he did not have the one for my car. Spencer goes to his van, pops his hood and connects something to his vehicle, and then goes and sits in his car for about 30 minutes. After he gets out of his van, he tells me that NOW he needs to turn the car on and wait for it to get hot and then decide what needs to be done and that that would put him into overtime. and then once he decides what is wrong he will need to wait for the car to cool down before he can do any work on it. AND he will be charging $85 an hour. At this point he thinks the problem is the fan relay sensor. So I call my dad in Cali and tell him what is going on and he gets on the phone with Spencer and tells him that rather than heating the car up if it is the fan sensor just jumper the fan to make it run continuously. Spencer agrees to do so this takes him 2 minutes and then he charges me $170.00. The next morning I take the car out and it has the same problem as before! We call accurate back, and they tell us that for them to come back out they will start the whole process over again meaning that they will charge me more money!!! and to add to it I was now unable to open my hood because of something this guy did! seeing that I would not be making it home that day, I decided to wait until the next day when a regular shop would be open. The shop that i took it to was awesome, they figured out that it was the fan motor that was the culprit, and they found no evidence of any modifications that had been supposedly done to my vehicle. I paid $ 170 to accurate for them to do nothing more than break my hood release cable and make me waste my whole trip in vegas waiting on them. DO NOT CALL THIS COMPANY!!! THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF! more

Very satisfied, The mechanic was very learned, We could not get our car to start. After another mobile company came by and wanted to charge us 460.00 to fix our car. We talked to the manager at Accurate mobile mechanics he seemed to know just what was wrong and asked if the other company had checked this and that, my husband jerry said no. Accurate came out an hour later and had us running in under 45 minutes. The price was very good under 180.00 including the part. These guys are great, do yourself a favor before you tow your car in or call any so called discount companies. The first company wanted 20.00 less for their service call their repair price was almost 300 more than accurate and the parts the other company wanted to change were not even the right part...go figure. Thanks again Mark, I m referring all my friends to you. more

Thank you very much Accurate, Just wanted to say what a great service you provided for my family and I. Mark was very professional and the price was much less than we expected. He repaired a wire to a starter, he could just have easily sold us a starter for many hundreds more( but he was honest and showed great integrity) and that is hard to find in the auto repair business. About 6 months back I had another mechanic from Accurate( I think his name was Dave) came out and fixed my brakes they saved me 250 over what brake masters wanted to charge me and pointed out that 2 of the parts still had 90 % of the life left in them. I like how they laid out my options for me. I always tip these guys well. They get an ez A for quality, service, and price. They have serviced my husband's construction company vehicles for over 5 years now. more

I called at 5pm on Sunday and they said they were backed up but would be showing up around 7 or 730. At 8 I called and left a message- called and left another message at 830pm and then at 845pm. At 9pm I gave up and called mobile mechanics of las vegas and they showed up in 15 minutes and fixed my leaking radiator hose. They both charge the same amount to come out but I'd rather call someone that shows up and doesn't leave you hanging. Even after leaving 3 voicemails they still have not called me back and this happened last night! more

THE BEST SERVICE! 1/19/2012

On 11/12/11 called to have my car worked on the guy told me one price over the phone and sent a guy out SPENCER an old ass white guy. The man started to look at the car I told him what I needed done he went to his computer and an hour later he started to take stuff apart. Long stary short after 3 hours he starts to pack his things up and with my car still in pieces he asked if I was going to put this on my card, I asked how much it would be he said $300 somthing dollars witch was 3 times as much as told to me on the phone. I car hadn't been fixed and was now worse off because it was in pieces. We then fought over what I was going to pay. I walked inside and when I returned to have another look at the car he had stold the major part he had taken off the car. I called the office telling them and explaning that if the part wasn't returned i was going to call the cops. I wish I had never made that call. DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE THE ARE A SCAM READ THE REVIEWS BEFOR CALLING AND SAVE YOUR MONEY. LETS PUT PEOPLE LIKE THIS OUT OF BUSNESS. more

I WENT TO THE COMPUTER AND FOUND ACCURATE MOBILE MECHANICS. THEY SENT A GUY OUT NAMED SPENCER TO SEE WHAT WAS WRONG. HE FOUND THE CABLES TO BE VERY CORRODED. HE CLEANED THEM OFF WITH SOME CLEANER HE HAD AND GAVE ME A JUMP START. I MADE IT A LITTLE LATE FOR MY APPT, BUT HE WAS HERE IN A DECENT AMOUNT OF TIME. SPENCER GOT THE JOB DONE AND THE PRICE WAS RIGHT. IF YOU NEED A LOCAL COMPANY TO HELP YOU WITH YOUR CAR AT YOUR HOME, ACCURATE MOBILE MECHANICS IS THE ONE! ! more

They saved the big day 5/18/2011

Incredible service! Very good experience. My daughter Delina was getting married last week. We had some last minute shopping to do before heading to the church. The Suburban wouldn't start so I called my sister she referred me to Accurate whom she's used for quite some time. The mechanic Eric showed up 23 minutes later and had me running in under 6 minutes. This company is the best very sharp mechanic and a great company for us to do business with...The wedding turned out great. And Thanks again Accurate I will be using you for all my auto repairs in the future more

Accurate Mobile Auto Repair is number 1 in my book! 3/12/2011

My friend Gladys told me about Accurate about 5 or 6 years ago, She had a very good experience with them. So I thought I'd give them a try( I was a little apprehensive at first being a woman that's been through the ringer a few times) But Mark came out and made me feel at ease, he explained a few things to me in words that I could understand. he fixed my car and got it running and the price and service was the best I have seen. I've used Accurate 7 or 8 times so far and they always treat me fairly, they know their cars, and give me whatever options are available for fixing my car. They've fixed my brakes and saved me 400 over the brake shops charge. They inspected a car before I bought one and pointed out a few issues this saved me from making a very costly mistake, the next car They inspected for me was very nice and has been running nice for the 4 1/2 years I've had it. All in all I'd like to say that Accurate is like my personal mechanic. They treat me like family. And even bring a bone for Cuddles. Accurate You guys are #1 Thanks again, see you next time. Caused more problems than they fixed!! 3/2/2011

My car won't start at my home. I call them up and we agree on the phone that it's more likely to be the starter than anything else, A very unprofessional-looking guy comes to my house (but I decide to give him a chance) with not a new starter, but a new battery. He checks my battery and decides that's not the problem. \r \r He then decides to take half of the car apart to "turn the motor by hand" to make sure it's not that. That took hours, and by the time he decided the starter needed replacing the auto parts store was closed. He lets the car down from the jack so hard with the wheels turned that I swear the car has an alignment problem now.\r \r Day two, he comes with a starter and proceeds to replace the old one, cursing and swearing in nearly every sentence (luckily he showed some manners when my 10-yr-old came out). He does finish that, but broke off a connector and spilled fluid on my driveway in the process. We now have to replace the connector. - And I spend a second day w more

- And I spend a second day wiping the greasy hand prints off of both our cars' paint jobs.\r \r Day three, he comes with the connector, replaces the fluid, all no charge. But the money he charged me to fix the starter was much more than the average for this repair according to the internet. - And I wiped down our paint jobs again.\r \r So three days without my car, but it's fixed, right? Nope... \r \r Three days later the engine light comes on, and we noticed we used a quarter tank of gas on 15 miles. We take it to a shop and they point to a hose that was not connected - and the connector is missing also. After a few starts later that day, the engine light goes out.\r \r The next day the car won't start in my driveway, and we're back where we began. I tow it to a shop (which I guess I should have done in the first place) and they found that a battery cable was faulty and fixed it for fifty bucks. \r \r I was charged nearly ten times that amount by Accurate Mobile Mechanics, and I had problems for nearly a week. AND by the way, they refused to refund any part of what they charged me when I complained. So much for trying a new way to fix my car! more

Accurate mobile mechanics saved the day. 9/13/2010

I normally don't write reviews on companies, but these guys went above the call of duty to get us up and running. Last week my fiancee and I went to Las Vegas to get married, We drove all the way out from Madison, Wisconsin. Our car a 2007 Gmc Yukon broke down on us about 15 miles north of Las Vegas. I called 3 other companies before finding Accurate . One had an attitude, one hardly spoke English, and one thought a Yukon was a Hyundai. I talked to Mark on the phone and he asked me some questions. He really seemed knowledgable about my SUV. One of their Technicians Spencer showed up in about an hour. He ran some diagnostic tests and explained that our fuel pump had gone out. Caused by our fuel filter being badly plugged up. He gave us a price for the repair which meant pulling our gas tank. It was our wedding day so we weren't expecting a car repair bill. The price was reasonable considering the dealer wanted 600 more for the same repair. 3 hours later we were back on the road and got more

5 stars for sure 9/12/2010

I'm Cheryl I was going out to Vegas to dance with my friends Kary and Jen. We started to overheat in the truck. I called 2 companies that advertised 24 hours but they didn't answer their phone ...?? Accurate answered their phone and it was almost 10 at night on thursday. We were by the Henderson turnout off the I 15. I talked to a pleasant dispatcher who assurred us that they could get us up and running again. A little while later the mechanics showed up and checked out my Toyota 4 runner. Spencer noted a cracked hose and replaced the hose for us he put in the green stuff and did some other checks. He also got the A.C blowing cold again..What a relief. He charged me only $160. and We tipped him 60 dollars. We just wanted to tell you what a great job this company did for us. If only more mechanics could be honest and not try to take advantage of a lady. more
