To Whom It May Concern:
I am writing this email as a sincere appreciation for the quality of service provided by one of your employees, Cons Moundalexis. My mom and step-father requested a driver for my sister's wedding, Saturday, April 6th. Cons drove the two of them home from Villa Sienna in Gilbert to their house in Paradise Valley around 10:00PM and returned back to Villa Sienna to pick up the next group of family members ready to leave the wedding.
I was the fortunate person receiving Cons services. My mom gave Cons my name with instructions to pick my boyfriend, Derek, and me up and to take us back to the Phoenician Resort where we were staying. My little cousin and her boyfriend also needed a ride to their hotel, which was entirely out of the way and further east than we already were. Cons had no problem going out of his way to drop them off before taking my boyfriend and me to the Phoenician, even though we were already over our allotted time reserved for his services.
Cons was very personable, professional, and polite. Although Derek and I felt Cons performed exceptionally well that night, it wasn't until the following week we realized just how amazing Cons really was/is, which is my main reason for writing this email.
My sister got me a customized champagne glass with my name and maid of honor sketched image as my wedding gift for being part of the wedding party. I had left this glass in Cons' car accidentally. I left Arizona, headed back to San Diego the next morning and was very bummed I was unable to figure out where I misplaced my sister's gift to me. I had also left my computer charger in the room at the Phoenician Resort but had them mail it back to me in San Diego. I received a package from the Phoenician thinking it was just my computer charger. Along with my computer charger was a massive amount of bubble wrap. Inside the bubble wrap was my customized champagne gift my sister got me and a note from Cons saying:
"Toni and Derek, you inadvertently left this champagne glass in the car this A.M. I know this will be a special memento from your sister's wedding day! Enjoy and best wishes to you all. P.S. Thanks again for your kindness and generosity." - time stamped at 2:30AM, with impeccable hand writing, everything spelled correctly, even the spelling of our names, which a lot of people will misspell.
Cons drove back to the Phoenician, keep in mind it was his birthday too, to return the champagne glass to us. Had he not written the note we would have assumed we left the champagne glass in our hotel room since it was shipped with the computer charger. The Phoenician staff wasn't able to return it to us in time before us checking out so they had shipped it along with my computer charger.
I will say, it is very rare that I go out of my way to write a letter of appreciation. However, I felt Cons went above and beyond his duty and thought it was necessary for your organization to know how much it was appreciated. You should certainly feel proud of such resources who can bring in goodwill for the company and provide exceptional services like Con did that night. I will definitely recommend your services to my friends and family out in Arizona and be sure to use you every time I am back in town. Please extend my greatest appreciation to Cons and I wish he and the company a lot of success!
Sincerely,
Toni Rothpletz
