In early May, I contacted Bob of Accent Store Fixtures to ask if he would be interested in selling some very high quality warehouse/mailroom/ carts. He should he was very interested and told me his fees. I specifically told him that I would not take less than $20 a piece as I could scrap them for that price. I told him I would drop them off at 11 am on Friday morning. At 10:30 that morning, I called ahead of time to make sure we could get into his warehouse as I was using a local shipping company and paying a driver ""By the Hour"". He said ""not a problem"". When I got there at 11 am with the truck driver, Bob said I should run them over to his other warehouse in NE Mpls. I told him I couldn't do that because I was under a time crunch. He said ""I would have to wait then"". After 30 minutes we finally got someone to open the warehouse door- However, we had to unload them on the street because Bob said he warehouse was too full. \r

I asked for the paperwork for the 21 metal carts and waited for 15 minutes with no action. I told Bob- can you mail the paperwork to me? He said that he would. I told him not to sell anything until I get the paperwork. I called Bob on Monday and asked him when he was going to run the carts on an auction. He said he didn't want to run them all at one time because that hurt the price. He said he would put a couple of carts on an upcoming auction to see how they would do. I told them they were over $600 new and I wouldn't take less than $20 for them and that I could get another 30 additional carts if the 21 all sold. \r

After 2 weeks with no response or paperwork from K-Bid, I left a couple of messages with Bob and Chad. Still no response from either guy. A week later I sent an email to them. Still no response. I then called Chad and got his email from him. I sent him another email asking for the paperwork and if they had put any on auction. He said he didn't know. In early July, I left Bob a message asking about the carts. No response from him again. I finally got ahold of him live and he said he had been real busy and hadn't had a chance to put them on any auctions. I stressed to him that I wanted to get them sold and he said, he would see what he could do. Early August I left another message with Bob. He didn't call back again. I sent an email on July 30th stating I was going to pick up the carts because he had not put them on an auction in almost 3 months. \r

I finally got a hold of Bob in Sept and he said that he had sold all the carts at $6 a piece. However after 4 weeks of waiting for a check, I still do not have my money. DO NOT Business with this store as they are the worst place I've dealt with in 20 years of doing business.
