I gave them 5 stars. Without a doubt this place is the best that I've come across. They had to come out twice, because I had 2 issues with my washer, which I knew from the start, kind of like a vehicle, you never know until you get into it what's wrong. Well, I can tell you I'm very happy with the service as well as my machine, it's like new and I'm satisfied with it. Yes, it may break down someday and yes I will call them and have it repaired again. That's how much I love this machine and I love this company, thanks to the girl who answered the phones and thanks to Rick who took care of me. more

What a fine company they are, this woman doesn't really trust too many companies, but, I respect and trust them, they were brutally honest when they told me not to put another dime in my maytag washer and save my much needed money. Always going to remember this company and what they did for me and my family this week. After another company couldn't get the front loader repaired I called them out to see what they could do for us. Justin not only repaired it for us but he even straightened the dryer out for us that was starting to whine. more

I hadn't much thought about having to call any service companies then out of the blue, my oven made a pop and my element was completely broken. Able Appliance Repair came out and replaced the element and told me to call anytime I need them, I will do just that. more

I was selling my house and I had a stove that had problems and it had to be fixed by a deadline and Douglas and Able Appliance went above & beyond what they had to do for their customers, they worked 247 on finding the parts & getting out there to get the job done. I will always appreciate them and use them for any repairs I may encounter down the road, Life savers is what they are! more

Rick with Able Appliance just finished fixing my ice maker in my freezer. He was on time, friendly and did a great job, even taught me how to clean the coils of the refrigerator. I was impressed that he had a replacement unit right on his truck so was able to complete the repair with the first visit. I highly recommend both Rick and Able Appliance repair and will definitely use their services again. Thanks!! more

My expectations were low about finally finding what was going on with my Samsung refrigerator. I had went through 3 other companies and after finding this one and a friend telling me to at least try them before giving up on my refrigerator. Doug came out on 2 different times and finally the refrigerator is working and this woman can finally sat back and relax with a good glass of wine. more

Sweet is what I call this company. I called several other places to find out what they charged also and how long they had been in business. Most of them were $50 or more and then Able says they charge $9.95 and they have been here over 16 years and in the Kansas City area, So I had them come out and check my old fridge that just wasn't cooling right and he explained the basics of the fridge for me and yes, it was only $9.95 now that's a sweet deal and I will use this company forever! more
