Take our black lab/border mix , our English Springer, and our cat there....our 13 year old Springer Rusty got his teeth cleaned, 3 teeth pulled, anesthesia, boarding, and infection control shot, all shots up to date.....$350.00!! At Pinion Animal it would have been $1300.00 just for the teeth work. So if the lady is a bit unprofessional or rude...just smile at her, maintain your cool, and put the money in the bank. For saving $1000.00 she can call me names if she wants.... more

I read all of of their reviews online (some good and some bad) so I was a little bit nervous going there at first... After getting my cat spayed a few days ago, all I can say are good things. They were very polite and extremely caring - towards both me and my little cat. I actually went there after being referred by my regular Vet. They were less than half the cost my regular Doctor would have charged. If you like paying for fancy offices or an expensive location, maybe this isn't the place for you...... If you like good honest care at a very reasonable price, this may be just your place. I say five stars, I can't think of how my experience could have been any better! more

After pricing around town for a surgery for our cat, we were referred to ABC, we were told they had a history of working out payment plans (we were looking at spending over $1000 and as working college students, that just wasn't happening). Unfortunately they no longer do payment plans, but after taking a look at our cat it was discovered that surgery was not needed. 2 other vets had examined our cat previously, both saying he needed the surgery or he wouldn't survive. Within 10 minutes of being seen at ABC, it was found that antibiotics could solve our problem, while also saving us hundreds of dollars. I was so impressed by their patience with us in a very stressful time (we were preparing ourselves to lose our friend) and also by the way they understood our financial situation and did not pressure us with procedures. more

I went to take my dog in to get him neutered and when I got there the lady at the front desk was unbelievably rude to me. She was very rough with my dog and completely unhelpful. I have never been treated so poorly and there was no way I could leave my dog with her. I never write reviews but she pushed me over the edge. Don't trust your pets with this clinic. It's possible that they do a great job but I will never know due to my first impression with the lady at the front desk. more

I am the owner of a 5 month old pitbull by the name of maya. I came to ABC to get her shots done and have completely finished them until next year! But when I took maya in for her last set of shots I asked the vet if he could tell me what these red blotchy patches were on her, I mentioned I had givin her a bath, but the thing is I use the same shampoo that ive always used on her since day one. without even bothering to look at the spots of red hailess spots on my poor pit, he simply just said ""give her a bath and rinse her well."" really dude c'mon dummy, you out of all people a man with a degree just shove us of to the side like that not even once putting on your glasses to check whats really on my dogs skin. nice guy. more
