Used them for my Mothers Estate Appraisal for her house. They really know their business. We later sold the house and it sold for exactly for the amount they appraised it. (Even though the broker listed it quite a bit higher) I will definitely use them next time I need an appraiser. Pros: Honest and knowledgeable, average prices(worth every dime) more

First class company to use as your appraiser !! 2/16/2008

They appraised my Dad's house for the Estate. MUCH more knowledgeable than the other appraisers I interviewed for about the same price. I am going to hire them to get my sky high property taxes lowered ! Pros: Fast turnaround of appraisal report. Accuracy. Polite. Fair Price. Cons: Their inspection took over one hour. (Other appraisers said it takes only 30 minutes) more

Fast and accurate real estate appraisers 12/23/2006

Great for lowering property taxes if you are over assessed !! Started the inspection on a monday and the report was delivered two days later ! more
