Just check out the picture on their website and find out the truth for yourself. I will never use this place to watch my 5 dogs. I was in search for overnight care for my dogs and got a Groupon offer on A-VIP Pet Resort, so I started off by searching through their website. One thing I noticed was the pictures of ""Outdoor Grass Yard"" (about 5 pictures), all the dogs were locked in the outdoor kennels without any shaded areas. As you can see all the dogs in the pictures were all standing by the kennel door hoping to get into shaded area. Under the hot sun in Vegas, dogs are in danger of dehydration and heat stroke. It is no wonder most of the sick dogs have similar symptom of illness. PLEASE do a little research before leaving your love ones at a place you may regret. more

GOOD 5/23/2012

Nice place! They cared for my dogs while I was in Vegas and neither dog had been boarded before. After looking at the place and talking to the staff I knew I found the right place. My dogs will stay here anytime I come to Las Vegas. more

We were given a friendly welcome and gladly given a tour of the facility. I brought my dogs food, toys and pillow, which were welcomed by the staff. I have little dogs, which were kept away from the larger dogs at all times (this is their policy). more

The minute we parked, this place emitted a warm and welcoming feeling. When we walked in, we were greeted by a nice gentlemen who was at the front counter. He gave us a run down on what the resort had to offer and what to expect. He got acquainted with our dogs while we filled out paperwork. more

When we picked my dog up, I knew it went well, the woman at the front knew who our dog was, made a bunch of positive comments about her, and they had her stuff ready for us. Lucy did not seemed stressed out at all, was happily following the staff on a leash and did not accost me when she saw me. Thanks A-VIP!! more

Who knew there were so many kennels in LV? I sure didn't until I did a quick search and had a huge list to choose from. I ended up picking A-VIP because of the reviews and you didn't steer me wrong. Turbo was comfortable in his private kennel. This was very important because he doesn't really get along with other dogs. We went to visit Turbo and the staff was very accommodating and helpful. more

Took my dog here and they did a nice job grooming her. The people here are very friendly and give good service. A little pricey but my dog came out smelling oh so good! more
