Love the place! Love the staff! 11/8/2011

I found this place two months ago and have nothing but praise for the facility and the staff there. I was given a tour by the manager who not only answered all my questions but asked me a lot of questions about my dogs behavior in order to house them where they would be most comfortable. The place is clean and I don't worry one bit about leaving my dogs there. They always come home happy and healthy - AND they always run back to the staff to say their goodbyes so I know the staff treats them well. I just bought a months worth of time to use over the next year so I saved myself a nice bit of cash! Anyone interested in boarding should go take the tour and see for themselves - you won't be sorry. more

WORST PLACE EVER!!! 11/7/2011

I can't believe how RUDE these people are! The girl that answered the phone spoke to me like it was a bother that I called in the first place. I put that aside and decided to go visit and check out their facility. Again, I was met with rudeness at the front. The facilities were nice enough but the interaction between the staff and the pets was minimal at best. There is absolutely NO WAY I would ever let my pets stay here!!! I visited other facilities and was always met with a friendly manner and there was no doubt their employees loved all the little fur babies. more

They are so gentle and dedicated to every animal here, but at the same time, doing their job and teaching the animals the tools they need to be obedient. Very well trained staff and great place to check out! more
