I would like to take this opportunity to thank David F. And Nistha Fishastuon for helping me out through a difficult time with my unit. David worked on my unit before and he is such a nice person , very polite etc. I want David to continue to work on my unit for all my pre season check ups and any future problems. A big thank you to Nistha for understanding and return my calls Nistha I wish if I had your number sooner so you coulld have helped me out earlier Now that I have your number I will keep it safe just in case I need it again. Adam Crawford was my service person today, and I was so pleased. He's a true gentleman. He was considerate, extremely competent, knowledgeable and efficient. He even took the time to patiently explain a few things -- and did so very willingly. I trust him completely with my heating/air conditioning system. In fact, I'm requesting that Adam be responsible for all my service calls. more

Recent Service 3/13/2015

Service person (Jonathan Lewis) was very professional and thorough in all of his tasks. He took the time after finishing the service to two heat pump systems to explain to my wife and I what he did and gave us a chance to challenge and ask any questions. I will request this service technician when my next service contract visit is due. more
