Adam was on time. Went over everything. Worked 2 1/2 hours. Advised on status of elements of the nine-year old system. Gave guidance on when to replace ultra-violet light bulb. Was courteous and respectful of house and everything. more

ARS technicians are the best 12/3/2015

Mike Holmes just serviced both of my units and like all but maybe two technicians I have had over the last 27 years, he was very polite and completed the work as scheduled. The consistently good quality of the ARS technicians is one of the reasons I keep using ARS. more

Service was excellent. Pictures were taken to show issues which were extremely helpful. Everything was explained in detail. I definitely will use ARS again and would like Nelson to come back on future service visits more
