On Saturday, Dec 10, your service tech, Nur M. represented ARS to service my heating unit. He was on time, courteous and respectful in my home. As he serviced the two units, he found a problem with one of the heaters and took the time to troubleshoot the problem. A few extra minutes and diligence allowed him to find the problem, resolve it and got the system back into operation. That indicated his competence and knowledge of his craft. The fact that it costed me a little more money under the maintenance agreement, it would have been a lot more had I not obtained the agreement for this service. Planning to get the maintenance agreement again for the AC and HVAC units in 2017, which is of great value and price.
