I have a pain point with this theater-I'd say you have about 50/50 chance of getting extremely irritated and regretting you came. I think every time i sit down how I wish I'd bou...

Hoodlums, Vandals, and Apathy 2/10/2012

My car was broken into and stripped while I watched the movie!! Leaving the theater with my family was a little scary, hoodlums wandering around, in the parking lot was a group of men drinking and throwing cans into the parking lot. Got to our vehicle and found it had been broken into and stripped. Eventually found the mall security (took 10 minutes to find them) and they apologized and asked if we noticed the group of men hanging out. I wondered, ""why didn't they ask them to leave?"". Police were not surprised, apparently fairly common at the Promenade. I'll stick with a mall that takes pride in offering a secure environment - I'm just thankful we made it home safely (minus $2000 worth of my my vehicle). Stay away! more

AMC Promenade 16 is Fabulous! 8/29/2010

My family and I visit this theater quite often and absolutely luv going there to see movies. The place is clean, the staff is friendly and the chairs are comfy. We recently saw "Takers" with T. I. and it was a very pleasant experience. So, if you're in the Woodland Hills area then check it out. It's inside of the mall so you can shop at the same time. Now what could be better than that? more

Extravagant 2-story highlight to ho-hum mall 4/25/2007

AMC's Promenade theatre is a vibrant, modern establisment co-anchoring a dull undersized mall with a few excellent $$$$ restaurants and a Barnes and Noble. A bustling food court surrounds the Box-Office. 1st floor has about 5 theatres. 2 flights of escalators bring you to the larger upper portion with it's own multi-station concessions counter. Most auditoriums are average, but the main one at the top of the escalators is outstanding. Parking can be rough on weekends. Pros: Another great AMC, surrounded by gourmet restaurants Cons: Weekend parking is a nightmare more

My fav. valley theater 2/27/2003

I dislike the Winnetka theater, from price to parking. I love the AMC and prefer to to out of my way to see movies there. And there is a coffee bean!!! Pros: large theaters, discount club, student prices Cons: teenage hangout, no diet coke more
