Today my husband and I took our 6 kids to see Charlotte's Web, after checking the website for times. Upon arriving at the theater, we learned from a very rude manager that the theater was closed, the website was wrong, and we should have called before we came. No apology, no attempt to make it up to us. Instead, we were treated as though we were stupid for trusting the website - after all, she said, it is Christmas, and times are always subject to change. We did not go back, nor will we in the future. We will drive a long way to see a movie before we ever spend another dollar there.
