I'm very satisfied about everything with A & M RV Center. We like the fact that we could stay in the RV the first night and the last night and not have to move to a motel or hotel. I give A & M RV Center 10 STARS! We had a really great time. We called from South Carolina to make the rental reservation in Alaska. We were unsure of what we were walking into at first, and we were definitely a little weary about what to expect. They ended up being exactly as they presented themselves and very straight forward. There were no hidden issues at all. Katie took care of us. She was a unique girl. She really did good work for us, which we appreciated. The whole process upon our arrival was quick. Paperwork was really easy. They picked us up at the motel then took us to the unit and gave us a walk through of it. We traveled with the unit for two weeks, and we really enjoyed our time. It was in excellent condition, too. When we returned the unit, they dropped us off again at the motel. You could tell this company is very customer-oriented. It was a job well done on their part. We are thinking of going back to Alaska next year, and if we do, we will use A & M again. We've already recommended them to our friends. They're a very good company. We surveyed dozens of other venues who offered the same service, but I am sure that A & M is better than anybody else. more

Everything was as we expected it to be; there were no surprises with A & M RV Center. They had everything ready for us when we got there as they had promised it. The RV was very clean and had some minimal supplies such as toiletries, which was nice. We did get the package with the personal items like sheets and pillows. The bed was made; it wasn't just sheets folded up and laying on the bed. They had everything set up for us. The RV was ready to get in and drive away. It even had water in it. All we had to do was show up, sign the paperwork, and leave. We hadn't used them before. I had got online and looked at some of the reviews of different companies. We used the one with the best reviews. We used to live up there, so I knew where they were at and that they did good business. I would recommend them over some of the other places. The price was very reasonable. We got it off season and the price was almost cut in half. Make sure get reservations in advance so you can get it exactly the way you want it--size and everything. We ended up getting a bigger RV than we had planned on because they didn't have a smaller one available, but it was still a very enjoyable experience. They have very good RVs that are very easy to drive. I even drove it! more

I was very happy with my experience with A&M RV Center. I have been an experienced RV'er for years, so I am very particular when looking for an RV company to rent from. A&M was not the cheapest option, but for what I got, I thought it was a reasonable price compared to what other companies were offering. I pretty much dealt with A&M over the phone, and when we got there, the RV was exactly as they described in our agreement. It came with a slide out mirror and back up camera, which were two features I always look for. We picked it up easily at the airport. Our flight arrived early, so we had to wait a little for them to get the RV cleaned out. After that though, we had no problems for the fifteen days that we had rented it. The size was just right for Alaska. They asked us not to use the outdoor awning, which we didn't mind being that the weather was cool in Alaska. more

I am very choosy about the RV service that I employ, and I HIGHLY recommend A&M RV Center. They guaranteed that the RV would be clean and new, and that's exactly what they gave us. They are very accommodating and even met us at the airport. Everything went very well with no problems. I will continue using them. more

I like the personal touch A&M RV Center had. I liked the fact that they didn't have the signage that some of the big companies have and so we didn't feel like we were on a billboard. The pickup from airport could have been faster, but that's understandable. They went above and beyond on delivering us and taking us directly to the hotel we had booked for the night before our flight. Generally, they were very helpful, friendly people and we thoroughly enjoyed the motor home and traveling through Alaska in it. more

We rented an RV years ago from someone else and our experience was just OK. This time we did some surfing around the web. A&M had great reviews and for good reason. 1st, they are local. They sell and service RVs as well as rent them. They care about their rental fleet - our RV was almost new. Everything worked perfectly. Others were envious at the campgrounds and could not believe it was a rental (they don't litter their RVs screaming Rental which is another bonus). 2nd, they made it so easy. Katie discussed the process and that is exactly what happened. No gotchas. They even got us from and to the airport. Reviews matter - there is a reason why A&M is highly rated. more

A&M RV center did their work very, I have no complaints. What made our situation unique is we are in Michigan so we did all the reservations over the phone and 5 couples met in Alaska. They provided information about the local area so we knew where to stay in Anchorage the night we arrived and it worked out well, as we had to change our dates and they worked with us. We had no problems turning the RV in and we got our full deposit back! I can't say anything bad about them they did a great job! more

The best way to travel in Alaska is in an RV! Everything was fine with A&M RV Center. We came back with the RV on a holiday and they didn't charge us anything extra. They just said to bring it back whenever we wanted, which was very nice of them. more

I have already recommended A&M RV Center. The units are late-model but up-to-date. They had a few miles on them but were VERY well maintained. They were totally equipped with what we needed and we have the RV about 10 days with absolutely no problems. We are very satisfied. more

A&M RV Center did the best they could. It was a really good deal and they have good equipment. It was a nice operation and they are well run. I felt like they are very trusting. I gave them my information and off we went. It was very easy. I'm not an RV guy, I'm more of a tent and backpack guy, and it was the first time I did that. more

My experience with A&M RV Center was very good. The vehicle was new, had very few miles, drove nice, and the pricing was fair. We did get locked out of the vehicle once. It would be nice if they offered more than one key for that reason. My wife and I were fortunate to be in an area where we were able to get help, so it worked out well for us. more

The RV was exactly what A&M RV Rentals said it would be. Everything worked out, and they went out of their way to make us happy. I even asked if they had an extra fishing pole I could use and they gave me one! They were fantastic. The lady I worked with was honest and on time. They were willing to meet all of our needs, and even picked us up at the airport. They gave us everything we needed. more

For being so far away (we are in Illinois, the company is in Alaska), our experience with A&M RV Center was great. Everything was done online. The people were so good to work with, and it felt like we had known each other for a long time. Awesome people. The equipment was excellent and our trip was trouble-free. I thought A&M RV Center did great. They were very competitive in their pricing, and they offered a great product. They were a little strict in their policies and contract, but this was my first experience renting an RV. I am used to renting cars, where you don't pay for the next day if you return the car early, but that was the only thing. Other than that, the customer service and product were fantastic.
